• coach and manage learners aged 5 to 19 years
• work on weekends and public holidays
• travel and accompany learners to tournaments and cricket events

Requirements

• Must possess a BCA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Botswana Cricket Association).
• Must hold an ICC Level 1 Coaching Qualification (International Cricket Council).
• Must be currently undertaking or have completed ICC Level 2 Coaching Qualification.
• Must have a valid Safeguarding Certificate (mandatory for working with children).
• A minimum of 5 years coaching experience.
• Must have coaching experience in International tournaments, preferably in an international cricket capacity.
• Must demonstrate the ability to coach and manage learners aged 5 to 19 years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of modern cricket coaching methods
