Job Title: Curtain and Blind Fitter

Responsibilities:

• On-Site Work: You’ll be responsible for professional and careful installation of curtains and blinds at client homes and businesses.
• Property Care: You must take great care to avoid damaging clients’ property and leave every site spotless by using dust sheets and cleaning up thoroughly.
• Client Communication: You will need to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, answering their questions and providing updates while on the job.
• Safety & Conduct: You will be expected to follow all safety regulations, especially when using ladders and power tools. You must be completely trustworthy with no history of theft.
• Tool Maintenance: You’ll be responsible for maintaining your tools in excellent working order.
• Logistics: You will drive to various locations, including trips outside of town.

Qualifications:

• Education: A National Craft Certificate in Carpentry or an equivalent certification is required.
• Experience: You must have a proven track record of successful curtain and blind installations.
• Skills: Strong skills in using hand tools and a keen eye for detail are essential.
• License: A valid driver’s license is a must.
