WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing day to day activities & work on all print jobs delivery, sales of products and operations of the copy shop. The candidate will also be required to develop and implement a culture of excellence to ensure confidentiality & security of client information, They should also comply to operational activities in line with Pointmile policies, procedures and standards




 

DUTIES

  • Selling of products and services
  • Marketing and promotion of products and services
  • General office work i.e. printing, photocopying, binding, lamination, scanning
  • Photography
  • Client assistance with internet and computer use
  • Record keeping
  • Any other business and shop assignments as may be instructed by the manager

 

SKILLS




  • Decisive, responsive and responsible
  • Boldness
  • Communication and negotiation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Customer service
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to take briefs from clients

 

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BGCSE certificate

Ability to use Graphics software will be an added advantage



Training will be provided
