Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil construction activities & ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedules.
• Prepare/review Meeting agendas & MoMs, DPR, DLR, measurements, and certify RA bills, monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare project reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer in sub-critical or supercritical thermal power plant projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
