Key Responsibilities

• Lead Structural design process with Engineering to develop the complex structure.
• Manage and execute the complex structural works with scheduled time.
• Ensure visit construction sites regularly to check on work progress and help the team solve any difficult structural problems that pop up.
• Coordination with various stakeholders like Design team, Contractor, and Sub team members to ensure everyone is working in the same plan.
• Certified the contractor bills in a timely manner with proper protocols.
• Ensure all works comply with international (e.g., ASME, ASTM) and local building codes, as well as environmental and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years specifically in power plant construction.
• Excellent Managerial, Analytical, and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced industrial environments.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCad.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
