To lead DM Plant Project execution and operations in a power plant environment, ensuring uninterrupted supply of high-purity demineralized water for boilers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of Ion Exchange, RO, Mixed Bed, and regeneration systems.
- Supervise team, execute preventive/breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor water quality (conductivity, silica, TDS etc.), optimize chemical usage, and regeneration cycles.
- Ensure OSHE compliance, environmental regulations, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with STP, boiler, and production teams; train staff on best practices.
Requirements
- MSc in Environmental Science.
- 12+ years in power plant DM Plant and STP operations/maintenance.
- Proven expertise in RO systems, resin management, PLC/SCADA, and water chemistry.
- Supervisory experience (10+ years preferred).
- Skills: MS Office, ERP (SAP preferred), and fluent English.
