Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Ion Exchange, RO, Mixed Bed, and regeneration systems.
• Supervise team, execute preventive/breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor water quality (conductivity, silica, TDS etc.), optimize chemical usage, and regeneration cycles.
• Ensure OSHE compliance, environmental regulations, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with STP, boiler, and production teams; train staff on best practices.

Requirements

• MSc in Environmental Science.
• 12+ years in power plant DM Plant and STP operations/maintenance.
• Proven expertise in RO systems, resin management, PLC/SCADA, and water chemistry.
• Supervisory experience (10+ years preferred).
• Skills: MS Office, ERP (SAP preferred), and fluent English.
