Job Title: DIRECT SALES AGENT
Location: North West Region (Gumare, Kasane, Maun, Kachikau, Pandamatenga, Shakawe and Kazungula)
Purpose Of The Job:
To promote and sell FSG products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Persuasively promote and sell FSG products to potential customers;
- Generate leads through various methods such as calls, door-to-door and online platforms;
- Guide customers through the sales process;
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships;
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities;
- Analyse market trends and give recommendations to the Supervisor for continuous business improvement.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Goal-oriented and persuasive;
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients;
- Basic computer knowledge;
- Proficient in sales techniques;
- Confidence in public speaking during team meetings and presentations;
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment;
- Basic product knowledge with the ability to explain benefits clearly and accurately;
- Professionalism, integrity, and ethical sales conduct.
- Any related certificate
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long Term Insurance
- 1-2 years of sales experience
