Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and maintain drilling fluids to meet site operational requirements
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of drilling fluid properties
• Operate and oversee solids control systems and SRU units
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
• Compile daily technical reports and performance summaries
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Drilling Fluids / Solids Control / SRU Systems
• Strong background in laboratory testing of drilling fluids
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of mining drilling operations preferred
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
