Job description

This role will focus on helping Executives run the Organization smoothly. They will perform mostly administrative duties and clerical duties. They will arrange meetings, compose correspondence, review memos and reports, conduct research, create presentations and prepare statistical reports.

They will also perform general office duties such as organizing and maintain files, answering phones, purchasing supplies and operating office equipment.


  • BGCSE/IGCSE Certificate
  • Certificate in Secretarial studies and further education is an added advantage
  • Microsoft Office Competent
  • Administrative related work experience
