FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER – Imara Capital Securities

Imara Capital Securities (“ICS”), a subsidiary of Imara Holdings Limited, and a Member of the Botswana Stock Exchange, is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as Finance And Administration Manager. If you relish accounting and finance challenges, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and very knowledgeable team.

Regulated by both the BSE and the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA), ICS takes pride in its adherence to regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you will have professional accounting or finance qualifications and possess strong analytical, numerical and spreadsheet skills. You will be adept at risk and regulatory compliance. The role entails overseeing long-term budgetary planning and costs alignment with the Company’s strategic plan. This role involves preparing and maintaining regular financial planning reports, including monthly profit and loss forecast by the business. You will organize and maintain financial management systems, including accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, cash disbursement, financial statements and tax compliance.

The ideal applicant will be BICA registered, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and at least three years’ experience in a similar role. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the right candidate.
