We’re seeking a detail-driven finance and grants professional to join Youth Impact at an exciting stage of growth. This role sits at the heart of our operations—ensuring strong grant management, financial compliance, and transparent reporting across our global portfolio. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, compliance, and collaboration, and who wants their work to directly support evidence-based programs that improve young people’s lives.

You will:

• Manage pre- and post-award grant processes and donor portfolios

• Track grant expenditure and ensure compliance with donor requirements

• Lead grant forecasting, reporting, and compliance processes

• Support fundraising and budget development with program and business development teams

• Strengthen systems, controls, and organizational grant readiness

• Build capacity across teams and support sub-grant management
