- Develops and executes business strategies and plans for entry and growth in the region.

- Manages the teams operating in the region to ensure achievement of performance targets.
- Ensures compliance with all statutory and industry regulations applicable in the region.

Requirements
- Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience, five of which should be in reinsurance or insurance at senior management level.
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven business leadership, financial, and strategic capability.
