GENERAL MANAGER
KGK JEWELRY BOTSWANA PTY LTD it’s a Jewelry manufacturing Company seeking passionate, driven candidate to fill in the Post of General Manager, who will direct day to day Jewelry manufacturing and Administration activities, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement successful management strategies.

Responsibilities:

•Oversee and coordinate day to day Jewellery manufacturing and ensure smooth production process.
•Overseeing all management, leading and directing managers as well as developing strategies to improve overall quality and production.
•Implement strategies to enhance production, reduce costs and ensure compliance.
•Plan and approve production schedule and manage budgets.
•Maintain organizational structure, guides managers and assigns duties.

Qualification & Experience:

•Degree in Management or Related degree qualification in Management
•At least 15 years’experience in Jewelry manufacturing or related field
•Proven Leadership skills
•Computer literacy
•Motivation to drive continuous improvement processes and ensure the capacity is maximized
•Ability to manage dynamic and changing workforce as well as being able to work extremely well underpressure.
