General/Operations Manager (1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of all departments.
• Develop and execute business plans and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and hospitality standards.
• Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with management to develop strategies for growth and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, customer service and financial management.
