Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

The rotation-based curriculum is designed to create leaders, client-centric collaborators, thought-challengers and “Bankers of the Future”. Graduates will interact with all levels of staff, engage in project work, have access to the Standard Bank group family, develop management skills and learn through on-the-job activities.

Preferred Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  in but not limited to the following disciplines;

• Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Finance or related field)
• Finance & Mathematics/ Statistics
• Acturial Science
• Marketing
• Human Resources
• Risk Management
• Forensics
• Internal Audit
• Law
• Engineering
• A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage

A cumulative GPA of 3.8 (2.1) or  higher
