How should I apply and what do Botswana employers prioritize in candidates?

Submit a detailed CV with certified copies of qualifications through official channels such as company career portals or reputable recruitment firms like HRMC or Kgalagadi Breweries Recruitment. Employers prioritize demonstrated results in financial services marketing, crisis communication experience, and understanding of Botswana's regulatory environment including NBFIRA and Bank of Botswana guidelines. Strong references from previous senior roles and evidence of successful stakeholder management are critical differentiators.
