Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial and revenue growth strategies.
• Drive new business acquisition across corporate, SME, and institutional markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years’ experience in commercial, sales, or business development leadership.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience in courier, logistics, transport, or service-based industries (advantage).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Commercial strategy and execution.
• Revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
• Pricing and margin optimisation.
• Business development and key account management.
