Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong instructional leadership and promote academic excellence.
• Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the school.
• Supervise, mentor and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum in an English Medium School.
• Promote a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, staff and stakeholders.
• Manage school resources efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Education or equivalent. A post Graduate Degree in Educational Management and at least ten years’ experience in an English Medium School will be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership, administrative and organizational skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and school management practices.
• Visionary and result oriented leader

• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Passion for child development and education
