Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, the Headmaster oversees formulation and execution of Flamingo International Schools strategy and monitoring compliance to operational, and education standards both at PSLE and IGCSE.
- The headmaster is responsible for laying down the policies and rules of admission for students and ensure smooth running of the institutions.

- You will have a Degree in Education/Master’s in Educational Management or equivalent from a recognized professional institution.
- You will have at least 8 years’ post qualification experience of which 5 years would have been gained at a senior management level within a successful school environment.
- You will have all-round leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiating skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and Business Partners and influence decision making at the highest level.
