Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, reception, bathrooms, and public areas
• Laundry duties (washing, ironing, folding)
• Welcome guests and manage check ins and check out process
• Log in bookings, reservations and general inquiries
• Basic gardening and outdoor cleaning
• Assist with kitchen and dining area
• Ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and well maintained
• Report any faults, damages, or safety issues

Requirements

• Hardworking, honest, and reliable
• Must have completed High School or higher
• Can speak basic Setswana and English
• Can work under pressure in a busy tourism environment
• Able to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowing how to cook will be an added advantage
