- Human Resources Strategy & Planning
- Business partnering and performance management
- Employee Relations & Climate Management
- Talent acquisition, management and retention
- HR Systems development and implementation
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- HR administration & compliance
Position Requirements
- Minimum eight (8) years HR work experience of which 3-5 years must have been at an Executive Management level
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field
- A related post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Extensive knowledge & understanding of statutory labour laws & compliance issues
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to advise and support management and staff with challenging HR issues
- Proactively cultivate HR best practice within the company
Labour market research & compliance - Critical judgement and decision making
- Risk management
