  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate training initiatives to align talent resourcing and skills development with the Authority’s statutory mandate.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Training & Development, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology or related field
  • A postgraduate qualification in any of the above will be an added advantage.
  • Professional certification and membership of a recognised HR professional body desirable.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience with practical experience in recruitment and selection & learning and development.
