Dikgang Publishing Company (Pty) Ltd invites applications horn suitably qualified candidates lor the position above:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure that the company achieves Its strategic objectives and makes the best use of its employees by developing and maintaining efficient and effective human capital strategies, practices and procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement the policies within the Iramework ol the Labour legislation
• Ensure that the company effectively implements Its HR strategies
• Ensure that the Performance Management System ol the company is effectively implemented
• Assist with Payroll Administration
• Assist in all necessary human capital planning, recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that me company has the right employees to meet its objectives
• Assist in drawing the training plan and its implementation thereof, in accordance to the performance improvement programmes
• Assist In the management of industrial relationships within the workplace
• Manage all HR correspondence and files
• Executive any other duties which may be assigned by the Group HR Manager from time to time

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/or Diploma in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent.
• Three (3) years’ experience as an HR generalist
