Urban Lifestyle Physiotherapy Clinic, a physiotherapy clinic located in Phase 2, Gaborone is seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:

Internal controls accountant (x1)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain organized records of patient accounts, treatments and billing information

• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts

• Conduct reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and address them accordingly

• Prepare financial reports e.g. daily cash flow statements

• Ensure that all accounting practices comply with relevant regulations and standards

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in accounting/forensic accounting or a related field is typically required

• Must be registered with Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA)

• At least one year of relevant experience

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record keeping and analysis to ensure data integrity and compliance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software/tools for data analysis, reporting and financial management
