Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and oversee complex internal and external investigations and severe policy compliance across retail outlets and distribution centers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust compliance policies, ethical standards, and anti-fraud protocols aligned with statutory regulations and organizational governance.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, lead compliance audits, and implement proactive loss-prevention strategies.
- Prepare detailed, high-level investigation reports, executive summaries and documentation for senior management and legal proceedings.
- Manage and guide the investigations and compliance staff to build operational capacity and maintain high integrity standards.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, HR, and Operations to identify process gaps, minimize risk exposure, and enforce corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in corporate investigations, compliance, or law enforcement, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
