Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures in Programming, Networking, and Systems Administration.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
Moderate and assess student coursework in line with set standards.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance processes.
SLM System Administration.

Requirements

A Master’s Degree or Honors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Registered Moderator and/or Assessor with the Botswana Qualifications Authority.
Proven teaching experience at tertiary level.
Strong knowledge of Programming, Networking, and Systems Administration.
Excellent communication and student engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to integrate theory with practical, industry-based applications.
Proficiency in academic administration and reporting.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
