Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
  • Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and support risk management initiatives.
  • Support management systems audits, internal audits and legal compliance audits.
  • Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
  • Develop HSE procedures, standards, risk registers, operational controls and reports.
  • Support Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and business continuity initiatives.
  • Provide HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
  • Support contractor management and site inspections.
  • Use digital tools and ERP systems to support data management, reporting and performance tracking.
  • Travel to client sites as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HSE, SHEQ, risk management, auditing, compliance, or management systems consulting.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Management Systems.
  • Experience conducting HIRA, audits, legal compliance audits, and incident investigations.
  • Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Valid Passport and willingness to travel.
