Vacancies exist for the following position at Premier Clothing (Pty) Ltd, A frontline manufacturer of Protective Clothing, Uniforms and School wear in Botswana.

1. JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources Management. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office 365. Should be familiar with all labour regulations of Botswana. Should be multi skilled and have good people management skills. Familiarity with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System will be an advantage.

Experience: 2 – 3 years as a Human Resources officer. Should be methodical, a good record keeper and should be able to advise the top management on all labour related issues and handle disciplinary procedures independently.
