•Diploma in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification.
•Botswana Open Cast Blasting License.
•Must be registered to the Engineers Registration Board of Botswana
•At least 2 years of practical experience within mining operations
•Data analysis skills and proficient use of a computer
•Valid driving license.
•Willing to work extended hours.
•Self-starter with initiative and practical problem-solving skills are integral to success in this position.
•Commitment to a Zero Harm workplace
•To have worked as a production supervisor is an added advantage.
•Any supervisory or leadership development programme is an advantage.
