Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety protocols for chemical processes, equipment, and operating environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in chemical manufacturing and processing workflows.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret process and experimental data to drive continuous optimization.
- Evaluate chemical equipment and process designs for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and plan process layouts and equipment configurations to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and AI-focused teams to support data-driven process improvements.
- Contribute chemical engineering expertise and assist with consumables operations and processes under supervision.
- Support workshop, production, and plant activities. Develop required log sheets and documentation.
Requirements
- Chemical process optimization and improvement.
- Process safety and safety protocol development.
- Process data analysis and interpretation of experimental results.
- Equipment evaluation and efficient process flow design.
- Knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Technical report writing and professional communication (written and verbal).
- Cross-functional collaboration, including remote teamwork.
- Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in chemical/process engineering.
- Experience in process optimization and safety practices.
- Experience analyzing process data and experimental outcomes.
