Key Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate and mentor projects and internships for students including liaison with local Science Institutions and Business industry.
• Maintain student records and execute various day-to-day administrative responsibilities involved with teaching.
• Continuously upgrade skills through self- study and work with peers.
• Be a constructive member of Botho University team.
• Research and publishing including experience of working on funded projects.
• Ability to fully navigate online learning platforms

Requirements

• A relevant PhD/Masters in the above subject. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Primary Education.
• Experience in designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to institutional development initiatives.
• Experience with international academic collaborations and networks is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teaching, learning and research.
• Must have atleast 2 years post qualification experience from the master’s degree
• Excellent digital analytics skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of English.
• Good Organizational skills.
