Key Responsibilities
- Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three (3) of the following modules at undergraduate level: Construction Law, Law Relating to Banking, Commercial Law, Business Law and Litigation, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Corporate Law.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Law.
- A relevant Doctorate Degree will be an added advantage.
- Registration with BQA as a trainer, assessor and moderator is a requirement.
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in Law and Paralegal Studies and also Teaching/training experience required.
