Key Responsibilities

  • Applicants must be able to lecture in at least three (3) of the following modules at undergraduate level; Property Marketing, Property Valuation, Property Auctioneering, Estate Agency, Real Estate Investment & Finance and Property Management.

Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Real Estate or its equivalent.
  • A relevant Doctorate Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Registration with BQA as a trainer, assessor and moderator is a requirement.
  • Professional registration with a recognized Professional body such as the Real Estate Institute of Botswana (REIB) / Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC) of Botswana / Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) etc. is desirable.
  • Atleast 1 year relevant work experience in Real Estate Management and also Teaching/training experience required. Evidence of research work and community engagement.
