Key Responsibilities
- Provide competent and professional customer service to clients and all relevant stakeholders.
- Processing of paperwork and ensuring accurate management of customer transaction records.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and handling of petty cash.
- Provide aid in loan processing and disbursement.
- Clearly layout and maintain filling systems for efficient management of inventory, loans and client information.
