We pride ourselves in responsible lending, excellent customer service, and helping our clients solve urgent financial needs with simple, transparent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilise and register new loan clients

• Explain loan products, terms and repayment conditions to clients

• Assist with loan disbursement and monitor repayments

• Conduct follow-ups on outstanding repayments

• Maintain accurate client and loan records

• Promote Honeycomb Capital services within the community

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of BGCSE or equivalent

• Good communication skills (Setswana and English preferred)

• Honest, reliable and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Experience in sales, lending or customer service will be an added advantage

Remuneration

• P2,500 basic salary per month

• Commission based on total monthly repayments
