Management Information (MI) Analyst

Overall job purpose

This role develops standard Ml reports that are for daily, weekly, and monthly business tracking and give support to the business by mining Ml to drive day-to-day delivery.

Main Accountabilities

⦁ Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports on all products and channels.
⦁ Collaborate with various business functions to produce decks for all business reviews with the country and regional management teams.
⦁ Provide base analysis for target setting and support retail team.
⦁ Provide business functions with base analysis for product campaigns
⦁ Track performance of all Retail Sales and Product Campaigns
⦁ Support Retail Banking with adhoc Ml and Analysis to improve decision making and business performance
⦁ Produce the Monthly Sales and Retail Branch Scorecards and Premier Segment performance reports
⦁ Responsible for ensuring the integrity retail banking data and work with shared services teams to resolve any data related issues.

Education and experience required
⦁ B-degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent
⦁ 3-5 years of technical experience in a large business environment

Knowledge and skills

⦁ Highly analytical mindset.
⦁ Ability to create MI by processing raw data tables using tools like SAS, SQL, MS Access and present them using various Data Visualisation Tool, e.g., Tableau, Power Bl and MS Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
⦁ Ability to understand and translate Business requirements into Insights
⦁ Ability to learn very fast.
⦁ Strong people management and communications skills to be able to manage the relationships with the customers across the business.
⦁ Ability to automate repetitive spreadsheet tasks via using data management tools e.g., MS Excel templates and macros.
