Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounting & Taxation division
• Review and prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and management accounts
• Ensure client compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Supervise, mentor, and develop professional staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide technical guidance and advisory support to clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA)
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a professional audit/accounting firm
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficiency in internationally recognized accounting software
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
