Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Foster a culture that drives efforts for continuous business, process improvement and organisational excellence supported by innovative use of technology in collaboration with the IT division and smooth transitioning strategy and process.
- Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process, collaborating with senior management to define organizational goals, priorities, and performance measures.
- Develop frameworks for cascading the strategic plan across departments, ensuring development of departmental plans and objectives for alignment.
- Guide the monitoring and evaluation of the progress on strategic initiatives, preparation of regular reports for senior management and recommendations for adjustments.
- Maintain oversight over the development and maintenance of an effective knowledge management framework.
- Ensure efficient archiving, retrieval, and disposal processes to maintain an organized and accessible records system.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.
- Lead efforts to analyse, document, and improve business processes across the organization to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Oversee the identification of process inefficiencies and implementation of improvement strategies, including automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and service delivery standards.
- Develop and implement departmental planning and budgeting process.
- Monitor success of plans in achieving the Department’s goals and objectives, and periodically report on its achievements and propose changes for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Operations, Management or related field from a recognised Institution.
- Master’s in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Operations Management or related field from recognized Institution will be an added advantage.
- Professional Certification in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Operations Management or related field from recognised Institution.
- At least nine (9) years post qualification experience specific to the job of which 3 years should have been as a Manager.
