The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, governance, operational performance and sustainable growth of the Botswana business. The role requires a senior business leader with strong commercial acumen, financial management capability, logistics industry experience, and the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and drive business performance.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management,,Finance or related field
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) will be advantageous
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or transport industry
Proven experience in senior management or executive leadership roles
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Sound commercial and financial acumen
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
