MANAGING SURVEYOR wanted at Kille & Dannhauser

Applicants must have a minimum of ten years post qualificati₀ experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully running major private sector projects, both pre and post contract, over the last seven years, interacting with principal agents and clients.

Applicants must provide details of previous work experience in a leadership role, managing projects, including training and supervising professional staff.

Applicants should be registered (PrQS) with the Botswana Quantity Surveyors’ Registration Council (QSRC) with a valid practicing certificate, be Professional member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or ASAQS (Association of South African Quantity Surveyors) and hold a degree/diploma in quantity surveying or equivalent.

Applicants should be computer literate with MS Office. Word. Excel. MS Project and be fully conversant with, and able to operate WinQS PQS pre and post contract software system. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of JBCC and FIDIC standards forms of contracts.
