We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence, executing marketing strategies, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, brand visibility, optimizing SEO, and creating compelling content to support business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns promote our investment facilitation and ESG advisory services.

• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.

• Manage and optimize the company website (content updates, UX improvements, performance tracking).

• Design eye-catching social media posters, banners, and promotional graphics using basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Spark).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or trade shows.

• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing (apply if entry-level or recent graduate).

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).

• Strong graphic design skills for social media and promotional content (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to analyze and explain marketing metrics within business goals across multiple platforms.

• Interest in Corporate Research: Trends in ESG, sustainability, and investment facilitation is a plus.
