Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and leading the Marketing and Sales Department.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives to penetrate the market.

• Build and manage a high performing team to support business development, client acquisition and brand visibility.

• Create and monitor budgets, forecasts, KPI’s and departmental performance.

• Lead market research and client segmentation strategies to support entry into new markets.

• Oversee marketing communications, advertising, and digital platforms.

• Strengthen customer relationships and develop systems for client retention and lead conversions.

• Preparing and submitting monthly reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, leads and conversion rates, customer acquisition, market analysis, customer retention, budget and expense, to the Director.

• Travel to client sites and attend industry events.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years proven sales experience, 2 years of which was in a managerial position, preferably in a garment manufacturing or related industries.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good leadership skills.

• Knowledge of the market and customer base.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
