We are seeking a materials handler/operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of mining inventory, utilizing forklifts and other materials handling equipment to support operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Unload deliveries: receive bulk goods, parts and mining consumables from suppliers.
- Verify goods: match physical deliveries against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods: check all arriving materials for damage or quality discrepancies.
- Log data: capture invoices and issuances into the ERP system.
- Operate forklifts: move heavy pallets, containers and machinery components safely.
- Store inventory: put away stock into correct shelving, racking or yard locations.
- Issue stock: pick and distribute requested goods, materials, or spare parts.
- Conducts counts: perform regular stock take, and cycle counts to track accuracy.
Requirements
- Certificate in supply chain management
- Valid forklift operator licensed certificate (mandatory)
- 3 years of experience operating materials handling, ideally in mining or construction environment
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP OR Green Tree) preferred.
