We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Matron to oversee the care, welfare, and daily supervision of students residing at our boarding facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and care of boarding students
- Ensuring discipline, safety, and adherence to house rules
- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students
- Managing daily routines, including meals, study times, and bedtime
- Liaising with parents/guardians where necessary
- Overseeing cleanliness and general order within the boarding house
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Aged between 40-50 years (preferred)
- Proven experience working with children or adolescents
- Strong moral character, patience, and leadership skills
- Ability to live on-site and respond to students’ needs
- Background in caregiving, teaching, or boarding house management will be an added advantage
