MATRON (HOSTEL & CHILD CARE MANAGEMENT) – Dinaledi Football Academy

Key Responsibilities

• Daily care, supervision, and welfare of children residing in the hostel.
• Managing kitchen schedules in coordination with the Chef.
• Supervising and managing hostel cleaning staff.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, discipline, and accommodation.
• Being part of the Academy’s management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role involving managing children (hostel, boarding school, children’s home, or hospitality environment).
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Child Care, Social Work, Housekeeping Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Child Safeguarding Certificate (mandatory)
• French language skills and football-related experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people-management skills.
