Position: Mechanic

Overview

Choppies transport is looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the post of a mechanic.

Scope Of Work:

1. To be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel, petrol, and forklifts), gearboxes and differentials, trailers and trailer fridges.
2. He/She will be responsible for repairs on vehicle and forklifts.
3. Assertiveness and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under no supervision.
5. Assists with answering technical questions on vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
6. Maintain an organised , clean and safe working area.
7. Expected to travel out of base as when necessary.
8. Team player.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. The Candidate should have NCC.
2. 3 years of experience.
