- Bill Auditor: Nursing Diploma/Degree (NMCB); 3 yrs+ hospital billing / bill audit; CPT & ICD coding
- Billing and Registration Clerk: Form V + Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare Mgmt; 3 yrs+ customer-service, registration or billing experience
- Case Manager: Nursing Diploma/Degree (NMCB); 3 yrs+ case management & clinical coding; ICD-10 & CPT essential
- Cleaner (Housekeeping): Form V/BGCSE; 1-2 yrs cleaning experience, hospital or clinic preferred
- CSSD Supervisor: Nursing/ODP/Sterile-Services qualification; CSSD certificate; proven CSSD + supervisory experience
- Debtors Clerk: National Diploma in Accounting; 3-5 yrs debtors experience; debit-order collections; strong Excel
- Departmental Stock Controller: Diploma in Pharmacy or Supply-Chain qualification; stock / inventory-control experience
- Diagnostic Radiographer: Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Radiography; BHPC registration; general X-ray + CT or ultrasound experience

- Health Information & Medical Records Administrator: Diploma/Degree in Health Information Mgmt or Medical Records; record-keeping standards; medical terminology

- Healthcare Auxiliary: Certificate in Nursing Auxiliary / Healthcare Assistant; basic patient-care training or experience
