DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for taking calls from customers and delivering Messages while also using basic office equipment like Faxes or scanners.
• They help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
• Reporting to management and performing administrative duties. Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATE IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED
1 YEAR WORKING AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR OR RECEPTIONIST
