VACANCY CIRCULAR NO. 2 of 2025
VACANCY: OFFICE CLEANERS (3 POSTS)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above mentioned posts which exists in the Department of Tribal Administration tenable at Bobonong, Mabolwe and Motlhabaneng Customary Courts, Bobirwa District.

SALARY SCALE: A3 Bottom notch (P34 740-P39 456 per annum)
LEAVE: 20 working days per annum

BENEFITS:

1. Optional Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 80% and employee contributes 20%).
1. Contributory Pension Fund Scheme (Government pays 15% and employee 5%).

QUALIFICATIONS: J.C.E and BGCSE

REQUIREMENTS

a) Botswana citizen with valid Omang
b) Aged between 18 – 45 years
c) Physically and Mentally fit
d) With no criminal records
e) Having good conduct

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To ensure a clean and conducive working environment by thoroughly cleaning offices generally on daily basis.

DUTIES

1. Cleaning offices, i.e. sweeping, scrubbing and polishing floors
1. Dust and cleaning of windows
1. Dust and polish office furniture
1. Cleaning of toilets
1. Washes curtains and table cloths
1. Prepare tea for officers as and when required
1. Takes care of office keys and locking of offices after work
1. Clean and Prepare leobo for meetings
1. Report faults to supervisors immediately
1. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisors
